Liquidation of enterprises

We assist in liquidation of different juridical forms of entities. The juridical entity is being liquidated after it is reregistered out of the register of juridical entities. We take care that this procedure would be performed according to requirements of the Law. 

• We prepare documents necessary for liquidation procedure and present them to appropriate institutions;
• We take care of receiving necessary forms;
• We represent the client in communication with Centre of Registers, Social Insurance Fund (Sodra), State Tax Inspectorate;  
• We prepare accounting documents for archive;
• We prepare final financial reports.
• We provide accounting services to dormant (sleeping) companies. Client can use our address as legal address of the company.
